General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 – Provider, inclusion of the GTC

2) These general terms and conditions are part of every contractual agreement between the supplier and the respective customer. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will be contradicted.

§ 2 – product range and conclusion of contract
1) The provider offers the items shown in his online shop for sale. The color representation of the articles on the website may vary slightly depending on the Internet browser used and monitor settings of the customer; These deviations are technically never completely avoidable.

2) Selection of goods, conclusion of contract and contract execution are in German and English.

3) The supplier delivers worldwide under "§ 4 Shipping and Delivery" listed prices.

4) The customer selects the desired product by placing it in the "shopping cart". The order request can finally be sent to the provider via the button "Order for payment". The ordering party has until the sending of his order request at any time the opportunity to view the data specified in the order and to change or cancel the order altogether.

5) For the goods displayed in the online shop of the provider, the provider makes a binding offer. With the sending of the order request over the button "order pending" the buyer accepts the purchase offer. The provider confirms the contract by e-mail (order confirmation).

6) The content of concluded contracts is stored in the user account of the customer and can be viewed in the logged-in state via the menu "My Account" at any time.

7) n the event of delivery obstacles or other circumstances that conflict with the fulfillment of the contract, the provider will inform the customer by e-mail.

§ 3 – Prices and Payment
1) All product prices are final prices (including VAT) plus shipping costs.

2) The shipping costs are listed on each page in the lower part of the page under "Shipping & Payment".

3) The provider delivers at the option of the customer against direct bank transfer, PayPal and SEPA direct debit. With the order confirmation (§ 2 Abs. 5) the customer receives by e-mail an Internet link, which leads him into the area of ​​terms and conditions and cancellation right, which contains further information on the purchase.

4) SEPA Direct Debit
By submitting the order you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification). By submitting the SEPA direct debit mandate we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your account will be charged. The account will be charged before the goods are shipped.

5) PayPal
In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

6) Direct bank transfer
For orders against direct bank transfer, a payment period of 10 working days from receipt of the order confirmation applies. The vendor places the desired goods back for the customer during the period of payment. It is the purchaser's responsibility to effect payment in good time so that it will be received by the provider within the deadline. The provider reserves the right to withdraw from the contract of sale and sell the goods elsewhere if the payment has not been received by the deadline. Any payment received by the purchaser after the resignation will be refunded to the purchaser.

§ 4 – Shipping and Delivery
1) The provider delivers the goods to be delivered within 1-6 business days from full receipt of payment to the shipping company. For urgent orders due to gifts please specify when ordering.

2) Unless stated otherwise in the item description, the shipping company for delivery from handover by the provider takes about 1-3 business days within Germany and - depending on the distance - up to 9 working days to other countries.

3) If the delivery to the customer fails because the buyer has given the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the buyer accepts the costs for the reshipment. The renewed shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs stated under "§4 - Shipping and Delivery". The supplier will inform the customer of the required costs of a new delivery by e-mail. A new dispatch takes place only after receipt of payment of these costs.

4) Shipping is with the logistics partner DHL. All deliveries sent by slegers-koch.com are insured against theft and accident damage. Once you have received your delivery and confirmed this in writing, the insurance coverage expires. We ask for your understanding that we can not deliver mailboxes.

5) For all orders over 750 euros, shipping within the European Union is free.
